Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Core Courtney Private Studio! By booking a session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure fairness, accountability, and a smooth experience for everyone. Now, let’s get to the details—because boundaries = respect & results, babe.

⏳ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No-shows fall under the same policy.
Sessions start on time. If you are late, that time is deducted from your session.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session is considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

💳 Payments, Packages & Refund Policy

All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Single sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase—no exceptions. Package deals please see specific package details.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will be legally challenged. (Be fair, babe!)

🩹 Safety & Liability Waiver

Before your first session, you must sign a safety waiver.
Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before participating.
If you experience pain or discomfort, you agree to immediately inform the instructor and modify as needed.
Pilates is a physical activity, and you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.

💼 Studio Etiquette & Respect Policy

This is a judgment-free zone. Bring good vibes, and let’s have fun!
Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
This is a private, one-on-one session—please do not bring guests unless previously approved.

🛑 Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In case of emergencies, natural disasters, or unforeseen studio closures, I reserve the right to reschedule sessions without penalty.

📷 Media Release (Optional but Encouraged!)

With your consent, photos or videos may be taken during sessions for marketing purposes. (No bad angles—I got you!)

🔒 Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to all the policies listed above. These terms help keep Core Courtney Private Studio a fun, safe, and professional space for everyone.
